Additionally, I'd like to ad: E from Fyre Ants, if you are out of the product, admit it, and ask the customer if they would like a refund, or another product; don't just pull a substitution and expect them to be alright with it, when they specifically said they only wanted the kind they originally bought, and you said, OF Course. You wasted 2 hours of my time just to frustrate me and lie to me! Bad business practices....
