Hi my name is Matthew I had an issue with one of the pins and the manager made me feel like I was lying to him like I was the worst scum that he has pulled off his shoes he talked to me like I felt like I was stupid he didn't offer to have me come in and show him and explain to him it was his product that messed up he said he credited me the money on my account for the issue I called back today nothing so how can somebody care so much about their job when they don't care about the customers that come in and make them money you would think that a customer coming in if you pays her paycheck not the rudeness that you get out of it if I wanted to be talked to rude I'll be here with my wife but I guess you all don't know how to have a customer that comes in that's loyal someone who uses your product for medication I just want to find a place where I can be treated like a human being not the piece of s*** that came off your shoe because you have the authority to make people feel bad it doesn't give you a right to so if you ask me if I recommend this to anybody ever again probably not because I don't want them experience the rudeness of a manager that had to deal with but most of the employees besides a manager are really nice to you so if you're looking for a nice service and nothing f**** up on you go for it but if you're looking for someone that's going to be rude that you're asking to fix your problem or bring in to show what the issue is instead of calling you a complete liar when you have no chance of showing what happened if it wasn't for the lady today when I called to ask for my credit I could have brought it in and showed you the issue it just makes me sick the way you talk to me especially on speaker where my whole family and friends can hear you and we even recorded it so I hope you understand that I don't mind showing this with the whole public because you were unkind to listen to my thoughts of a product that I bought from you
