What a disappointing shock. Ordered this thinking it was BLACKWATER, the REAL thing. (Assumed the OG was for Organic.) Real blackwater is "skunk weed" - smelly, earthy, and definitely "real" marijuana. This was one of those endless "citrussy, fruity" strains that neither the spouse or I like. To boot, when I called Curaleaf to complain, I got a rude know-it all millennial telling me how different batches are all different in content, and this was "100% Blackwater" (no, it wasn't) yada yada, and when I interrupted, told me she "wasn't finished"! Then called me "honey" and would not give me the manager's first name. SO no more Blackwater OG OR Curaleaf. UPSHOT - If you are a Blackwater smoker, do NOT be fooled. This should NOT have been named Blackwater, period.

So, a new bud tender had to ask for help twice. Not a problem. But after waiting 15-20 minutes, a higher up who had already checked the order suddenly makes a comment about free preroll I was given needing to be House Blend. She runs over with a DIFFERENT preroll, takes the original out of my bag, removes tag and puts it on new preroll. So, after spending over $360, waiting 15-20 minutes, CuraLeaf makes sure I don't get a preroll worth a buck or so more. Now, that's customer service....at it's worst.
