Medical doesn't get priority like your supposed to in illinois, especially at night. Gotta wait for all the rec customers to get helped before I can grab my medical pickup order that was ready 30 min. Prior. Had a bad experience earlier today so I left and went back and I can't say it was any better. The facility needs to look up illinois rules on prioritizing medical patients and get all staff on the same page.
