I just came to pick up a Bloom Disposable King Louis cartridge and it was only half filled or so. This is the third time it’s happened. Second time I got it resolved and was advised to open the product upon purchasing. I did so every time and there was another cartridge that wasn’t filled all the way and it was replaced right away on site. It had been a while since I had that happen and haven’t had bad luck with half filled cartridges until tonight. I really don’t have time to drive back and forth for when this happens and I also don’t like feeling like I come here to get ripped off. I’m sure you can’t do nothing about it but please let Bloom brand know to do a quality check on their products.
