This was my first genuinely off putting experience at NTI. I placed an order online.
I didn’t catch the lady’s name that helped me but I wish I had.
First she said the wrong kind of preroll packs, I asked her about it. She apologized and corrected herself.
Secondly she didn’t mention the valley girls 1/8th I ordered online. I assumed it was out of stock (it happens and I get it). The issue is when I got home and looked online I saw valley girl was still showing in stock. I didn’t get charged for it but it was still not even mentioned or checked that it was missing.
I’m sure today was busy being triple day but… The lady that cashed me out was in such a rush to get to the next person we were in mid conversation and she left me with an no response to my question.
To clarify at the end of our transaction she was walking towards the door to get the next customer as I’m walking towards the exit. Not only does she beat me to that intersection but she walked through the back door and walked right past me (in front of me) and went towards the front to call her next person.
I’m sorry I know it was triple day but I felt so brushed off literally mid conversation at a question and no response from her.
Definitely not the normal service I get here.
