Had the Best Customer Service today at my 3rd time trying Sunnyside. Been program 7 years and I wanted to give them suggestions on how Sunnyside can fix tiny things with customer issues . The coupons this month is for an edibles . But I told them that people like myself have medical Condition which edibles dont work at all . They should offer the coupon on other options for other items to replace the edible. Other Despenseries let you use the credit you earn on stuff in the Despensery with exceptions of course.. The customer spent money to earn promotion from month before and now is stuck on a coupon which doesn't work medical needs for the person . Both Charlotte and Bo were Amazing . They both listening to me and also giving me feed bacm. they both gave great suggestions on different items on the menu . They let me talk about the tiny things as a suggestion for the customer. like if u place a pre order , you cant place another order unless you Cancel the 1st order you made ( but an item u saw might be gone if u do to reorder) , you cant make a second order or add onto your order like other places and having thier coupons you earn to be on your account on the app instead of paper. They are on receipt that People loose all the time , they are in bag , stapled to bag or just thrown out. To me these are small company issues and not staff Every staff person I seen in 3 visits all have been awsume customer service but today to me these two I interacted with both Amazing. Charlotte and Bo both listened and Both were Great. Very knowledgeable and to allow me to talk thier ear off on slow period. Sorry about that :) I looked at your website under promotions and club . Your doing in other states and what I mentioned above is done in your other states , please add Pennsylvania to that program .
