Depends on what type of high you’re looking for. i feel less of the urge to eat, and a head high-not the best. I feel like I’m still able to do stuff like hold a conversation (lol). If you’re sleepy before smoking it, you’ll be sleepy after; but if you’re not sleepy, it won’t make it sleepy.

Great stress/anxiety relief. Noticed that if i was in an high emotional state and then smoked, my emotions would level out again.
