They had a ftp deal listed on this leafly, their website as well as in their menus in the store. It specifically said “no grow science , nectar farms or derp farms”. So I drove from 30 minutes away to get another of my favorite growers, tru infusion. Since each grower excluded seemed to be listed I drove out with the best intentions. I pick out my 4 strains and when it comes time the pay , the budtender (who discusses the ftp deal with me before I select the strains ) then advises me this grower was excluded from the promo. I told him that their website , the leafly and their own menus in store did not list any restrictions other than the 3 strains listed above which tru infusion was not one of the three. The budtender told me sorry this is an old menu. But they date their menus. So it was printed today. I spoke with two managers who would not honor the listed promo. It was an obvious issue because they immediately updated all of the sources listed. But I got screenshots of each before they could. This is shady business. BEWARE. businesses who operate like this are why the industry is never taken serious and set us all back. What kind of reputable company treats their customers like this over a promotion outside of the medical marijuana industry ? This is people’s medicine. You can’t just bait and switch patients like this. Be careful guys.
