GrowHealthy - Bonita Springs

I have been a returning customer to the Bonita Springs location for over a year. All of my experiences prior to today have been great experiences and I have had good customer service with the previous staff, luckily the products are staying consistent. I have written multiple reviews regarding that. Although I can not say that for the current staff. Today I placed an order on the Growhealthy website for the Bonita Springs location. I arrived at the store and informed them I was parked outside the store at 10:10, and Lauran let me know the order was not ready and to wait for the text message. I called the store again at 10:35 and asked about my order. They had told me to wait an additional 30 minutes to put the order together. To conclude, I placed an order at 9:00 am and did not receive my 3 item order for 2 hours after the order was placed. There is no reason why any dispensary should take 2 hours to complete an order, especially one so small. On top of that I had informed Lauran 45 minutes before I had received my order that I was outside waiting: while three cars got their orders before me after I had been waiting in line from when the store opened. I witnessed the same happen to a car that was there just before me; his order was the same size or smaller than mine but he was in the parking lot for over an hour. The inability to set customer priority is a waste of time and unprofessional for these reasons. I should note that nobody attended to any car at curbside until 10:30; that was when the first employee walked out and went to the next car in line even though my order was placed 2 hours prior and I had called at 10:10 before any other car entered the line behind me. That tells me that every order placed the morning or night before the next day is filled in the morning at open. Now customers have to wait for an order that should have been filled either after the order was placed or prior to opening the store. This is easily avoidable and was a huge inconvenience for the schedule I was trying to hold.

My first experience was a great experience! I was warmly and happily greeted as I walked in and was quickly introduced to the budtender. AJ was extremely kind and very informative! I noticed it was important to him that I was satisfied with my transaction. I appreciate the effort he put in to make a connection with me. Besides the staff, the storefront was clean and professional. Additionally, the products are great; the only complaint I have is not having much flower in stock(not the store's fault), and the Mint Chip whole flower looks like popcorn.
