Consume - Oxford

I have been a customer of Consume now for a few years and have never really encountered any problems. Well, not until 2/13/25. I placed an online order at 10 a.m. and then waited for confirmation. In the past this takes an hour tops. So after checking 3 hours later, it was still verifying. When I called the store and asked about it, I was told it wasn't filled yet with no explanation or timetable. I then waited until around 5, it was still verifying. I cancelled it due to the fact it was a curbside pickup. 6 p.m. is the cutoff for curbside and it's an hour drive for me. I emailed Consume immediately afterwards asking why my order was never filled. I still haven't received a reply. This is not how you run a business. Especially when you have legit medical patients relying on your services. SMH...
