When I shop at a business, I like to be treated well. Well, when I walked into the front office, I was immediately scolded by the check in lady person to stand on the red x. So where’s the red x I asked. A scowl and a quick sharp explanation and there it was, a red x on the floor in duct tape. Ok, so I’m on the duct tape red x waiting for the guy in line ahead of me to check in. It’s then my turn and the receptionist wasn’t receptive to cooling down her bad attitude. I honestly have to say the whole experience was uncomfortable and a bit demoralizing, not what I would expect at a place of business. Once inside, after finally entering Fort Knox, my bud tender was pleasant to work with. I will not be back. There’s another place down the street called Noble Herb, that’s bright, new and the employee are happy to see you. I’ll take my business there.
