This is not a medical friendly dispensary. There is no priority for medical patients and the staff thinks medical gets a “discount.” No it’s a different tax structure. The set up is terrible and my wife and I spent 15 minutes standing against a wall as patron after patron was called to a register to pickup and pay for their purchases. We thought they called ahead. Finally someone asked if we had been helped? I asked if medical was prioritized and was told NO. I won’t be back regardless of the fact that the joint I bought (my medicine) was very high in THC and quite tasty. Oh... and witnessing the problems your staff had with a veteran when we walked in just validates the other negative reviews I have read here.
