I placed a delivery order I never received a confirmation or even got my order

Delivery sucks this is my second time getting it. The first time they didn’t even tell me they were on the way the changed the prices so I didn’t want it thankfully the delivery driver sold weed so he sold me a oz. Today my order is still saying preparing and it’s been three hours.
