This dispensary is the most laid back dispo I’ve ever come across. The employees are great and seem to be genuinely enjoying their time at the shop.

Long time H.O.D. customer and have Never had a complaint until today. I purchased a 3 gram disposable from Mitten extracts last time I was in and it stopped working, no big deal I have a drawer full of bad carts. I happened to be in the store today and asked to speak with a manager some young girl came out and said she would give me 15 percent off, thinking about it I thought there should be 2 gram's in it left she said it was empty ( 69 year's old I know how much I smoke ) so either Mitten extracts Ripped us both off or it is just poor customer service on behalf of the bartenders. I have saved the disposable and if you like can look at it. The girl acted like " hey Gramps that was three weeks ago" I get that but have a look at my reward points and tell me why I would try and scam house of dank. I left the store and went directly to Jars Cannabis in Mt. Clemens.
