I frequently have problems ordering on line (not Oasis' fault)don't know why....technology hates me......However, the representatives have always been very helpful getting my order. They are friendly, patient (with me you have to be) and knowledgeable. Wish customer service were as good at other retail stores, and on-line stores, and most of the services in consumer land!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Happy Holidays to all! Antje Thode
