I used to shop here on a semi regular basis. Until the following occurred my last visit: I enter the shop. One employee beckons me over to her with an impatient hand gesture. I go over tell her what Im looking for. She makes a terse recommendation, then suddenly another employee whisks by and takes over for her. I guess she was new? So I follow this guy and tell him what I'm looking for. In the middle of asking a question the kid interrupts me, then tells me he will be back with me asap. then he proceeds to help another customer. So I look back for girl that was originally helping me and I see her and another male employee huddled together laughing and whispering about something. Not working. So I'm standing there. Waiting. and all I wanted was an 8th of sleepy Indica. Finally as I'm about to just leave and find another place to get my 8th, another employee comes up to me and gets me what I want apologizing for the wait. Meanwhile the two whisperers are still whispering... There are literally dozens of pot shops in Seattle. I will spend my money at the Shops that show they give a crap about me as a customer. That being said I will not be visiting Hashtag again. Nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Helpful, kind, courteous, professional and gracious people work here. It is always a pleasure to visit Hashtag.

This place is really nice. The staff were really helpful, smart and kind. You can tell they have pride in their establishment- and rightfully so- by how nice it is. A cool bonus was they let me spin a wheel like at the fair and I won a free joint! I will definitely be back...

Nice helpful staff. Good people. Good medicine.
