loyal customer for years. came through with my wife on dec 26 and had the worst customer service experience ever from one of the bud tenders. he not only was horrible to deal with but screwed up my whole ounce order. got home to tx and the “top shelf” weed I bought of strains i always get every month was unsmokeable with legitimately no high, tasting like burnt paper. i’m thinking either a shortcut taken cure and/or the trichomes aren’t there due to a horrible machine trim job. never been more burned in 13 years of daily smoking. I reached out to Rooted and they just play dumb. I’ve had some dirt weed for years for a rainy day and it has played a serious role for my mental health the last two weeks taking the place of this bullshit I was sold. I would completely avoid Rooted, it’s interesting that they have pounds of “top shelf” weed being sold out of these huge jars and the place doesn’t smell like weed at all. i’m shocked this place has this high of a review aggregate, it’s a shit show in there. go to Nuvue.
