My husband went in on Tuesday, 9/17/24 and bought an ounce that he split into quarters. When he got home and opened the Sack one of the jars was completely empty. We've tried calling but they don't have a working phone number listed. We've emailed but No response. Clearly the transaction is on camera and easily verifiable. We initially thought it was a mistake but since No One has contacted us we can only believe this is business as usual for them. Rooted owes us a response, an apology, and a refund. Worst dispensary in Trinidad, Colorado. Outrageous!!

I wish there was an option to put no stars. Came in this morning and wow. There was only one guy there and he was not friendly at all. I guess he didn’t smoke before he came in or at least not enough. Was trying to make jokes and he just stood there with no emotion or anything. Told him that the service sucked and I was just gonna go elsewhere and he gave me a peace sign and okay with an attitude. Wasn’t our first time there either. So I just went next door and got amazing service at Strawberry Fields.
