I’ve been going to this location for a while…decided I will not be returning. Their staff is awesome, and the marijuana itself is good. It’s their products. I’ve bought 4 of Skymint brand cartridge batteries in 3 months. You charge them one time, and they don’t work anymore. They don’t recognize cartridges, and will not even light up when hitting it. I’ve tried multiple cart brands, and it’s the same issue regardless. I told an employee this is the 4th pen I’ve bought that dies right away. They told me that’s the case with most batteries. I told her that my boyfriends battery has last for 4 years. I’ve bought other brand batteries elsewhere that last for months until I lost them. My main reason for ceasing being a customer is I don’t trust the brand anymore. The issue has been brought to their attention, and if the brand is comfortable selling consistently defective products without replacement for profit, I don’t trust the rest of their products or the effectiveness of correcting their defective product mistakes.
