Tasting profile: like a grape Pez or grape kool aid would, 100%. Taste 95% like GDP, but with a deeper grape flavor to it. I was blown away with how each hit is packed with that immense grape flavor, while also staying potent and not super flavor-filled like you would find in a heavy hitter. As for the effects, grape ape offers straight relaxation that leads into a deep sleep. Thus, making this strain more of a night time use. I, myself, an everyday smoker, even finds it hard to operate on this during the day. Take my word, you wanna keep this by your bed stand only lmao.

Easily one of my favorite P2 strains. P2 did a great job at creating a product that accurately resembles the taste of strawberries and bananas- with a taste similar to what you'd find in a strawberry cough or a bubblegum strain As for the effects, it offers what a typical hybrid would, but more on the calmer side. A strain that promotes happiness and partying, that slowly turns into a nice body high and can EASILY lead to sleep!

Tasting profile: VANILLA, VANILLA, AND VANILLA! If you cant tell already, the main flavor tasted, is this vanilla-like flavor, reminiscent of vanilla extract. Tastes deadass like Stiiizy's birthday cake pod except P2 has a way more 'weedy' taste to it rather than a 'vapy' and 'artificial' taste like you'd get from a Stiiizy or heavy hitter for example. You can literally taste the purity, like it says in the brands name. The effects are very hybrid-like. Heavy on euphoria, while also being effective enough to use a sleeping aid. Great for every day use. I'd use it more as a day time strain, as it's great for hikes and social events; But, i can totally smoke this and watch a movie till i fall asleep!

My local dispensary was offering a BOGO on these P2 carts, so I picked up a GDP cart and for the free option, the only one left was the cannatonic so i had no choice but to try it.... Initially I was disappointed because there was cbd mixed in with it and prior, have never purchased any cbd products. Plus, my main concern with these 1:1's is that it wouldn't get me as high, but boy did my opinion change once i inhaled. It tastes very earthy with a hint of citrusy pine- similar to G13, and P2's dutch treat, just not as sweet. And even though it's a 1:1, the CBD did not alter the taste of what you find in a regular P2. The effects were pleasant as well- very mellow mind high with a strong body calmness due to the CBD. The effect is hard for me to describe since this is my first time ingesting CBD, but if I can best describe it as best I can- it's more of a body high/relaxation feeling. With weed, everything feels slowed down and relaxed. With CBD, idk, the whole slowing down wasnt there, rather i felt awake, while my body and mood eases... if that makes sense? ima just leave it at that before i go on confusing yall more lmao.

Reviewed by an avid medicinal user: Let me start off by saying, this strain offers very complex flavors and effects. To begin, the flavor profile is pretty hard describing. It's primarily an earthy taste with slight pine. People describe it as 'fruity', but i dont taste fruit, rather there is a sweet undertone. Overall on taste: 5/5. it's just hard to accurately describe the taste on this one than it would be compared to jack herer. If i had to compare it to a well-known strain, it would be G-13. As for the effects: it's very very euphoric. It's cerebral effects are felt with just one hit. You get that euphoric buzzy feeling which is my favoriteeeee. What makes this strain unique is its psychedelic effects. I remember purchasing this specific cartridge and going to target right after, stoned as fuck, and doggggggg, everyone and everything was in slow motion lmao. I ended up spending hella money at target, but it didn't matter because i was so stress and worry free while doing it, i didnt feel bad about my splurge AT ALL lmao. Other than that, the strain is appropriate for all day use. It's suitable for adventures and errand running during the day, and effective enough to use as a sleeping aid as well. Overall, a very complex strain that offers numerous effects and flavor profiles! A must-try.

Platinum Jack is a must try! It's rare that I purchase a sativa because 1. I either don't feel anything or 2. i get jittery sometimes, but I dont experience any of those things with platinum jack. As soon as you open the packaging, you can smell the lemony aroma it lets out. The taste profile is very similar to P2's XJ-13 strain, except the Platinum Jack offers a stronger lemony taste, and less on the piney side compared to XJ; Making platinum jack perfect if you want to taste the lemon profile more! The effects are very sativa-like: euphoric, adventerous, and stress-free. A strain suitable for any time of the day IMO. I suffer from anxiety, and one hit of this eliminates any of my worries in social events, and if I take a couple more hits, I'll be the life of the party lmaooo. Great for social events and adventures like hikes or just hanging out with friends. Definitely a social strain!

Reviewed by a medicinal user: As soon as i opened the packaging, there was a nice lemony aroma that was let out! The taste is amazing- it's very lemony and piney at the same time, similar to a jack herer, but they have its differences. And like jack herer, xj-13 fills you with a rush of euphoria & elevated mood, plus, freed away my stress. It's also very calming for it being a sativa, and does NOT give me the shakes like some sativas give to me. Therefore, in my opinion, XJ, having effects similar to what a hybrid would provide, which is: level-headedness, with euphoric and relaxing feelings. In terms of quality, it's definitely tier-1 and the highest of grade there is. The flavor profile is there each hit and most importantly, there's no artificial candy-like taste to it like you would find in a stiiizy or heavy hitter.

Reviewed by a medicinal user who's tried all of P2's products: When taking the first hit, you instantly feel the effects behind your eyes- sort of making it hard to open because your body just wants to fall in a deep sleep. This is easily P2's heaviest hitting indica; As even for a heavy smoker, I can't even fight this strain, get up and do errands- That's how much this strain knocks you on its ass. So this is perfect for night time use, or if youre getting off work looking to just sleep. Wouldn't say this is a social strain, but rather a sleeping aid strain. As far as the taste: its very piny with hints of citrus! In my opinion, it taste like a Christmas tree's smell, but in a good way. It's hard to explain, but just know and expect top-knot quality from P2. As you'll right away notice the difference in quality off your initial first hit. This cartridge is defintely 'weedy' and not 'vapy' or 'flavory' like Heavy hitters, kingpen, or a stiiizy would be. Idk, it's hard to describe unless you try it. I only smoke P2 and raw garden cartridges, and I personally think P2 is better because it's strain specific and raw garden all taste the same and become a little redundant to me.

Coming from a medical patient and an avid cannabis user, I can say this brand as a WHOLE is amongst the top compared to its competitors. About this strain specifically, GDP or Granddaddy Purple, this has to be my favorite strain P2 offers. Initially, when i took the first hit, you notice right away its purity, hence, its name 'Pure Xtracts'. You notice right away that this cartridge is more "weedy" than "vapy or flavory" like you'd say a heavy hitter, brass knuckle, or kingpen cartridge- which is what you want. The taste is on point if youve every tried a good GDP strain. You taste a berry-like flavor too it, and just off of one hit, you instantaneously feel the relaxation come behind the eyes, and slowly droop down to the body, while also, creating a nice and light euphoric experience- overall, providing a sense of relaxation, as the box says. It's definately a couch-lock strain, sumn good to smoke at night and watch a movie to, but, I've found that if you hit it in low dosages, you might be able to go out and do errands (or go to college and still function like me LOL). Just know, this is a one hit and you're good cart lol.
