So let me start by saying that Prohibition Falls has generally great selection, and fantastic deals. That said, their staff is 50/50 split. Their female identifying staff is 100% amazing. Their male identifying? Hit and miss. I overheard a male staff training a female staff and while I was watching he wasn’t explaining his steps or really training her, just expecting her to watch him and know. I found this very unprofessional and condescending. On the flip side, I have had fantastic conversations with the female staff and they are both professional and approachable. 8/10.

I am a medical patient and I went into this dispensary yesterday (4/4/17) not knowing that they had become exclusively 21+... As it still says medical on all sites, and I had been in many times previously... So, I get to the ID checking "station" and she looks at my card, and my ID - NO PROBLEMS, I get inside and both budtenders ask to see my ID - NO PROBLEMS, I make my transaction, they swipe my card, and the female budtender asks to see my ID one more time... and SUDDENLY! It's a shock that I am 20 y/o and every employee in the place suddenly gained the ability to read.. So then I have to stand there humiliated while they refund my money and berate me about "calling ahead to make sure I'm aloud" as if it's my fault none of them corrected my error in the four times I showed my ID (like it's their job or something- oh wait! It is!). All around very frustrating experience though I did appreciate the politeness of the woman at the ID check.
