I had a pickup order, but had to stand in the same check in line with the regular customer, which probably would have been okay, but there was only one checkin girl work the desk, and the line for checking wad out the door.
I really like the order ahead of time , it saves a lot time. Maybe you could do a express checkin for people just ordering on line.
