VERY long wait today (Friday April 30) for Adult Use and Medical - site seems to be lacking in staff. Chatting with others in line was illuminating - a former employee of Sunnyside was rather vocal about "corporate" and how recent changes resulted in significant turnover in the staff - I was 10th in Line #2 when I entered at noon - there was a young man responsible for our line but he stepped away - our line was then unattended for virtually the entire time our man was out for lunch. He returned at 12:40 and our line started to be served once more.
During my extended time in queue, I overheard chat about poor quality of product, a general sense that customers were being ignored, and the availability of better product & service from a nearby competitor.
I am an investor in Cresco Labs - I did not like to hear how the customers were being treated. You need to re-engineer your retail fulfillment process else repeat sales are at risk. Today may have been further growing pains from the recent renovations but please pay closer attention to the crowd that these inefficiencies caused - the people in the line did not appreciate the lack of attention,
