The products are a hit or miss. Service sucks (except for the card checker when you walk through the door, he's always kind and friendly). Customer service is everything to me. I use to go quite often. Eveytime I went there, I always got crappy service from a couple females. I stopped going in-person and had my weed delivered. But, I would go back occasionally to give them another chance. It seemed like the service got worse each time. For example, I asked what the flower special was, and the response I get is "we have a lot of specials going on -_-". What if I couldn't read? Would you help me then? Another time, I went to the counter with my husband (we share the same money), as we were walking up together, the girl made a scene and said " I only called one" I told the girl he was my husband and asked if he could come up with me. She replies with an attitude, "ok, but he will lose his turn". I said "that's fine we're together. He won't buy anything", although we share the same money-_- . I placed my order, and my husband asked the lady about an edible product that he was interested in. I said to my husband, "she said you lost your turn because you came up with me. So you can't buy anything, remember?". The girl says, he can this time. I told her "No thank you. You said he lost his turn. We are good"! That was the last time I went in-person, and don't even order online anymore! I send too much money in there to be getting crappy service! Columbia Care Smyrna DE provides EXCELLENT customer service EVERYTIME! Your employees should pay them a visit so they can see what great customer service looks like. Please hire people who will treat all people with respect. You lost 2 customers.
