I placed an online order on New Years Eve. Because the sites were down, the order was filled at the end of the day or on New Years Day. Called just before closing and they said it wasn’t done. I live in Forest Hill so I sat at the dispensary for an hour and a half to see if the sites would come up. So I called today (New Years) to see if it was ready. They said it was filled and had to be picked up today or else it goes back to stock. This despite telling me in person they would hold it until the 2nd. I asked for an exception since the sites were down. They refuse. I told them to return to stock. Won’t use them again.
