Wanted to like this place since it's nearby but EVERY time we go here there's an issue. Their people don't appear to be well-trained and having to handhold them through searching their own website on their own computer, showing them how to look up THC levels, Terepenes, and even just a general product search is ridiculous. Asked about freeze-dried candy/edibles: the woman didn't even know how to spell "freeze" to search their products. We began ordering online so there'd be no issues in store and minimal interaction with staff but usually it ends up costing more than the online order total. They push for payment via debit card even though they allegedly take Spendr; they love the debit card fees I guess. My advice: if you'll be in Columbus, swing over to Verdant Creations Greenlight 1243 N Cassidy. Been going there for years and have never had even one issue. It's worth stocking up there to avoid the hassles of Nar Delaware
