LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU HAVE NEW BUDTENDERS AND NEW FRONT OFFICE PEOPLE!!! I'm DONE with this location!!! So many issues here and I always give them another chance! First time the lady who checked me in under Ashley that's not my name nor is it close! When I see others that came in after me get called back, I check at the desk and she says oh I'm sorry. So I had to wait until everyone who came after me to get serviced before they even called me back! 2nd time the budtender lady was rude and had a nasty attitude, she even came to the window when I made my complaint regarding her attitude and the staff had to drag her away while she was yelling GHETTO!!! 3rd time was TODAY 4/23/26 I asked the lady who answered the phone at 1:45pm what the fee is to charge a debit card. She says $3.50 so I tell her I made my order for online pickup can you tell me the total please with the 3.50 included. She says I can't give any information over the phone. I said it's the total!!! I'm not asking for the quantity, the type or anything else. She says well you can come down here and try it or if you don't have enough then don't get it. This is the Trash you all hire?!?! When I got to the cashier he didn’t have my order and had to go to the back to see if the products were still there. Thankfully they were! Then he said the order said two of each product I said no only 2 cartridges thats it. He was not very friendly and seemed annoyed. Not a great experience!
