Skip it. Barely does anything. Don't buy it, learn from my mistake. No real effect. Period. Doesn't help with appetite, nausea, sleep. Unless you want to waste money.

I am not giving it one star because at least it was on sale. This has a soapy taste to it, not unlike a cologne or perfume taste. The effects are so mild, plan on doubling up. This has some sedating effect but I am unimpressed. I will not purchase it in the future.
