I placed an order for 8x0.5g infused terp prerolls each priced at $9 with 1x0.5g joint priced at $5, expecting to pay about $70 as priced on my order with the 10% online discount applied; instead, after receiving notification that my entire order was ready, I only received two out of eigth terp infused prerolls and the 0.5g preroll, but the preroll was priced at $8 instead of $5 as advertised. I paid $23 for 1/3 of my order and was notified that the remaining six of those infused terp prerolls were not available until after I had arrived at the store to pickup my order.
I used to be notified via text or email if my order couldn't be completed for whatever reason, with an offer to replace what wasn't in stock as an alternative. I'm not sure if it was mainly the employees working on shift at the time that didn't catch it, but please don't tell a customer their order is ready when it is missing 2/3 of the order. That is not ideal customer service and false advertisement. I did not feel comfortable tipping because of this, and this hurt my relationship with the business as a whole.
I understand it's Memorial Day but please do better for your customers who regularly show up. I do shop here often enough that I'm on a first name basis with a majority of their front facing budtenders, so this interaction really sucked.
