I placed an online order on the 1st and did not get my full order when I came to pick it up. I was admittedly in a rush and did not notice an item that I ordered was not present. Upon reviewing my emails, the confirmation of my order showed the flower I ordered, yet I did NOT receive it. The receipt does not match my order confirmation.
Please help me rectify this.
