I have been purchasing medical marijuana for years as it has been prescribed by my pain management physician. Last night I went to open a new box of prerolls and to my chagrin, the box was EMPTY! I went back today and since it was from May and my card just recently expired, they would not stand behind their empty box that I paid good money for. When I spoke to the manager he shrugged me off and told me to have a nice day. I told him I would not be returning and he could care less. I am a 65 year old retired critical care nurse and was shocked and disappointed at the lack of respect and customer service. I will NEVER go back there again.
