Four times I've not received the rewards points for my purchases and I've been given multiple reasons why from I don't know to sometimes it doesn't work with online orders only to have some other employee contradict it later. Twice I was told I couldn't use my points cause their system was down even though I could access it online to check my points balance. And when I asked a couple questions about it I was told something that I later learned wasn't even true and had the manager be rude and snippy with me over two questions. I was being overly kind too the whole time. And now worse than all they have now just flat out deleted all my points which was a little over 80$ worth. When I called to ask why my points are gone I was told by the girl that they are being told to just tell everyone who asks about points to go to the FAQ... That is unacceptable in my opinion that's the same as them stealing from their customers, shameful.
