Trulieve has been struggling recently but customer service is still on point. I feel bad for the employees who are blamed for the company’s problems. Bethany in particular was very patient and nicer than she should have been to an angry man who was yelling and threw money at her. The higher ups really need to get it together and make sure they are taking care of those taking the fall.
