unfair policies leave would-be customers in the lurch. They have an “online ordering system”, which I’ve put in quotes because it is the reason for a 1 star review when it should be a 5 star review. But since they are Choosing to run the way they are, it’s entirely their fault. The “ordering system” allows you to place orders 24/7 BUT the shop will “cancel” your order if it’s after 7:30pm for reasons that aren’t entirely understandable or logical. What they SHOULD do to avoid people having their time wasted, is disable the “ordering system” between certain hours when they “aren’t accepting orders”. That way someone doing a first-time order isn’t blindsided with a cancellation and then On Top of that what they ordered is now “sold out” because people who just walked into the shop were able to purchase the product but someone who Thought Ahead and was trying to not have their time wasted gets completely screwed over. There was no offer to find something else. Or no offer to give the same deal with an available product. Which SHOULD have been the case if the business was being run logically. I hope they figure their “system” out soon and don’t end up losing a lot of business. I’ll certainly be telling people to avoid this place until the right changes are made.
