First time visiting and was very impressed! Beautiful decor and calm vibe. The front desk person greeted me with a smile and was very friendly. When I walked through the door to purchase, the employees greeted me with a smile and were cheerful and friendly as well. Overall a positive experience. HIGHLY recommend! (lol, I had to add that) Also, 20% off 1st purchase.

First time visiting Brute’s Roots and it was a wonderful experience. Much different than the other places we ah e been to. Upon entering and very friendly gentleman greeted us and then asked us if we had any questions. We waited in a short line. While waiting we noticed how immaculate the store is and watched large informative screens. The gentleman that waited on us was also very friendly. He asked us if we had any questions about the products, which we did not because we used the online ordering system. The only thing I feel they could improve on is a separate line for online orders. Other than that, a great experience!
