I’ve truly enjoyed watching NU ERA in East Dubuque grow and evolve over time. As a medical patient, it’s a big deal to finally have access to fair pricing and solid quantity options locally without having to drive over an hour to a medical dispensary. Their $100 ounce deals have been long needed in this area and are very much appreciated. Bringing that level of value to the local market makes a real difference for patients and everyday consumers alike. NU ERA has done an excellent job creating value in a recreational market while still respecting medical patients. The pricing is competitive, the rewards program is strong, and there’s almost always a deal on something worthwhile. Their online ordering system is smooth and efficient, and the in-store experience is organized without feeling rushed or awkward. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and the staff consistently treat customers with professionalism and respect. As both a customer and an advocate for cannabis in Illinois, I genuinely appreciate having a dispensary in our area that prioritizes value, accessibility, and a positive experience. They do not understand that their point of sales system is screwing up medical patients allotments when giving them our medical card information for their all in one customer/point of sales system. I was treated as if the customer is never right and from the start they are denying this is happening instead of listening to a customer and verifying the mistake they are making. so much for the customer being right and they will learn the rules from IDFPR. Terrible way to treat a first time customer and longtime medical patient familiar with the system.

First time visiting and very, very impressed with customer service I received. From a bit of confusion with a sale item out front to making sure a manager took care of the situation in the back. Then the mutual industry respect and great opinion on the terpene content and quality of my purchase I got from Taylor K was outstanding!! Great budtender that deserves tips for sure, please change that policy soon. Thank you again from a great Veteran and medical card home grower. I'll see you again.

So I discovered this dispenserary right after recreational cannabis went legal in Illinois and fell in love with the place after getting my medical card. They are always very friendly, the check in staff is super accommodating, I never feel rushed and the tablets with the Leafly menu already pulled up is a game changer when you're not sure what you want. That's the customer service side of it. I feel as though I've watched this dispenserary grow and it's been cool to see they way they've headed. From the quality and always a great selection to the deals on same strain ounces and half ounces to the veteran discount and more. Top notch!! Thank you all for all you do!!
