Whoever is answering the phone needs to be taught how to deal with customers. I asked to speak with a manager and she put me on hold for 10 seconds and told me the manager was busy and proceeded to speak for him as he was “too busy” to speak with anyone on the phone. They didn’t give me the option to wait on hold or give my contact information for a call back. Very unpleasant experience all together.
