Nice place but.....bought 3 grams and noticed two buds had very long stems sticking out. Not cool. Guy at computer offers to switch them out and guy with man bun said no because I touched it already. Ok whatever. I simply mentioned that I don't care for the stems and he said "Oh I'm sorry you're not satisfied with the quality". Quit patronizing me! Has nothing to do with quality! Nobody wants an inch long stem sticking out of a small bud. Guy with the man bun has terrible customer service. Went home to weigh it out because the packaging is not sealed and they did not weigh it in front of me. 2 grams were spot on, the 3rd was only .8. That's frustrating. Oh well, mistakes happen. Customer service, however, is very important. Man bun guy failed. I will not be back.
