The good: extensive selection with
Niche strains not readily available.
Not so good: Deliveries are frequently suspended due to lack of driver.
Unacceptable: To avoid the lackadaisical delivery MO I started
Pick up of orders. If submitted online
Have been subjected to seal broken
Product, no notification if ordered is
Out of stock. Concept of text or call
To advise of status non-existent. Substituting strains w/o notification.
And on my last visit there was order
With receipt but no product to fulfill.
Explanations include too busy to advise of irregularities on orders
Subsequently can be time wasting
And shows whether conscious or not
Total contempt for their customers.
My advice is stick to delivery though
Not guaranteed at least provides a
Quality control check missing from
Online generated pick up option.
