I have been going to this dispensary almost weekly for more than a year now and today is my last time.
I place an order on their online ordering system this morning and came by in the afternoon to pick it up. Without telling me, they changed the item that I selected to a lower tier item that I never buy. When I went to the store to pick up the items, I wasn't shown what I was given (because they had never gotten my order wrong before). I just picked up my order and left.
Once I stepped out of the store I realized that they gave me the wrong items. My receipt showed what I intended to order, but what was in the bag was different. I immediately turned around and started walking back to the store. However, once I got there they told me that since I left the store I could not replace the items (even though they were completely unopened and I had literally just stepped out of the store). I was even trying to replace the items with something MORE expensive. But no, they could not help me.
There are many issues wrong here. They didn't show me what I was purchased, they didn't allow me to exchange and buy the more expensive item, hell, they didn't even tell me when they decided to change my order for me. If that doesn't concern you, I don't know what will.
I've been a loyal customer to this store for a very long time, but this experience is unacceptable and I will not be returning.
Wow, wow, wow! D’Ann went above and beyond to help me out. Even though Elevated didn’t have my strain, they made sure I didn’t walk away unhappy. This level of friendly service is simply unmatched anywhere else in the bay. Highly recommend, especially if D’Ann is behind the counter!
