First time in because my regular shop was closed. I just have to say I never leave reviews anywhere but thought it was needed, I just had one of the best shopping experiences of my life. My old shop always told me to stick to what I know, so I've never tried concentrates, even though I was curious But David at Bad Gramm3r told me "don't be scurrred" and then went on the explain what all the differences were, and told me some simple ways for me to start exploring concentrates without having to buy all new hardware. The whole experience was delightful and David and the rest of the Bad Gramm3r crew have won me over. I will be back!!
