My first time at this Dispensary and I saw an in-store advertisement saying I’d get free keef for $120+ spent. My girlfriend and I both spent $150 and didn’t get anything. When we asked we were told “they weren’t giving them out”

I put an order online for pickup at 2pm. I’m sitting outside the store and it’s about 7pm. What’s the point of putting an order for pickup when I can just walk in and get faster service.
