Terrible experience 1st time visit. Placed the order around 1am for pickup up. Around 8:45am I get a message order is ready min you they open at 9am. When I get there and I show them my ID I tell them I placed an order online. Lady scrambles around for a minute comes back and tells me we don’t have it. What do you mean you sent me a message that it was ready. Long story short they tried to make me feel like they were doing me a favor by selling me something completely different than what I originally ordered. Which is the whole point of ordering so you don’t have surprises when you get to the dispos. First and last time going to Chesacanna. I have been to many dispos always order online never had a problem like this.
