Updated Review: If I could give Liberty less than one star, I would. After my first review, they asked me to email them. I did, twice, with full details and contact info. No response. No surprise. I never really expected them to address the disrespect or fix anything. I’ve been back a few times since, and it’s clear I’m not a valued customer. The weed is good. The location is convenient. That’s the frustration. But the Liberty app? Straight-up a payment trap. You’re forced to buy more credits than you need, and they keep the extra. Feels like a hustle. Like the Starbucks app, but with weed. I wouldn’t go back if they didn’t already have my money. Y’all can keep the attitude. I just want my change. Original Review: No first-visit freebie.
