This is absolutely wonderful during the day. I would recommend actually letting it dissolve under your tongue though and not swallowing it cause it’ll work better and it’s better if you have a sensitive stomach like me

I wasn’t really expecting much honestly but it’s been pretty darn helpful. Still feel a little tighter then I should especially when I don’t stretch but it’s helped me feel good enough to get out there and try at least

Really good in the morning. It takes the edge off the caffeine buzz and levels me out nicely
