Sunday March 16th, 2025.
I left my glasses there 3 days ago, so I phoned today. The person who answered the phone, a female poc said, "you didn't leave any glasses here, you were wearing them when you left".
I told her that there was only one man there and that she wasn't even working that day, she said "oh I got you mixed up with someone else", SHE WASN'T EVEN THERE! What a liar... and when I reminded her of that she said, " there's no glasses, have a good day" and hung up on me. It was a nasty unnecessary attitude from her, what lousy service, and all that I did was ask about my property!
NASTY & UNHELPFUL!
DON'T lose anything here, that is the low level attitude that you will receive just for asking. What a LIAR tho, she want even there to say she mixed me up with someone else. This is troublesome!
