Tori was the "budtunder" for me during a recent trip to Zen Leaf, I go there a bit. She was great. Friendly, smiling and knowledgeable. It's always nice to come in to be greeted with smile and a relaxed atmosphere, Tori does a great job of enhancing and keeping the chill vibe at Zen Leaf, as do all of her other co-workers. If you can spare a couple of bucks good service please do so. Three stars for atmosphere as the lines are too long sometimes and the facility is too small for the demand. Separate counters/lines/rooms/entrances for medical patients and rec patients would be great to alleviate some of the standing and burden from both parties of enthusiasts and or patients. It would seem logical for the medical side in particular as some people may be dealing with ailments that preclude them from standing for prolonged periods. Additionally there is no social distancing occurring when people are 40+ deep in line. I have used the pickup line which is great, but sometimes it may difficult to get a spot and at times the menu online does not reflect what is actually on hand causing people to change their order at the last minute. (Oh you have weddging cake too! or I want that instead of) so I like to go in when I can but due to the crowds at times I am largely going to be limited to pickup. However I will not get to see any of the awesome budtenders.
