Zen Leaf - St. Charles

Worst of the Illinois locations by far. The customer service is worse than the menu, and thats saying a lot as the menu very rarely has anything worth your time. As a medical customer, I would rather pay recrational tax at rec stores than shop at St Charles Zen Leaf. Go literally anywhere else for your needs!

Zenleaf has dropped the ball again. The staff in St. Charles knew nothing about the Cabbage Club swag bag that was to be given out starting 12/17/2024 They have nothing for the Cabbage Club members. You cannot reach the store via telephone and as the employees say the people in Florida know less than they do

There are many offers available at the St Charles Zen Leaf. Medical Mondays is a great program. They even helped me with the process of obtaining a medical card. I visit the store weekly for medicinal cannabis. All staff is always friendly and helpful. Keep up the amazing service Raven!

I have been a dozen of times and everything has gone well, friendly staff and decent choice of product. Loved the curbside pickup, but unfortunately the state has down away with it. Which is hogwash, but that's a whole nother rant. Love that there is 2 lines, one for medical and rec. This helps speed up the process. Would love to see more choices for topical and canna mists on the menu. Literally like 4 to choose from every time. The one huge draw back, it's so loud. Voices just radiate in the building since it such a huge open space.
