I shopped Grow Healthy on Okeechobee Blvd in WPB on March 3, 2024 for the first time in about 2 years. Beware! Grow Healthy had zero indicas, mostly hybrids with a few sativas. I purchased three different flower products, all hybrids, 2 1/8th's (1/4oz) of Candy Rain (CR) at $40, 1/8th of Super Boof (SB) at $45 and 1/8th of Overflo (OFLO) at $40, with the veterans discount of 30% it came out to $115.50 for a 1/2 oz overall. All strains were advertised at +25% THC. So the price was reasonable it seemed. The flower came in UNSEALED pop top tubes except SB which came in an UNSEALED white glass jar. The label had zero potency information so it could have been anything in the tubes and the jar. #1 Candy Rain: Disappointed from the start when I opened CR and found it was all super small popcorns buds. Disappointed because I like Big Buds! Rolled a joint, smoked half, the flavor was dieselly and I don't much like diesel. At around t he halfway pint the joint kept going out, I took a hit and fifteen seconds later the joint was dead so I had to relight it, over and over and over and over ad nauseum. The buzz was fair at best, over all a 1 due to popcorn, taste, buzz and having to relight every single time I took a hit. The aftertaste left a lot to be desired as well. Overall 1 Star for Candy Rain. #2 Super Boof: The buds were bigger but very loose and leafy, the smell was okay. I rolled a joint and again, the taste was rather unpleasant as I enjoy earthy, slightly fruity strains with decent expansion and this was not it. I realize these were all hybrids but the 'knowledgable' clerk assured me they were Indica leaning strains, not so much. As I smoked the joint it kept going out immediately after taking a hit. Very frustrating. Also not so nice aftertaste on the SB. The buzz was fair but I can't see myself giving it better than a 1.5 Stars overall. 1.5 Stars for Super Boof. #3 Overflo: Haven't tried it yet, later today but my expectations are at rock bottom. Stars yet to be determined for Overflo Overall I won't be returning to Grow Healthy again. I had decent luck with them a couple of years ago but they have gone way downhill if these strains are what they're peddling these days. The past couple of years I have been using RISE in WPB almost exclusively but their menu has shrunk considerably the past couple of months although the quality is still there and they have ALWAYS had INDICA! All it takes is one bad trip to turn me off and this was that trip sadly. Overall Grow Healthy gets 1 star.
